The master carpenter, Mike will take care of all the repairs on this cabin. Mike will replace 102 feet of log rot, 27 feet of log siding, 9 corners, one set of stairs and rails in the back of cabin, and replace cement chinking where needed.

Armando, is the crew leader, and wastes no time in initiating the preparation phase. As is customary for their restoration projects, the crew diligently clears the decks and removes all furniture. On the third day, with the log home adequately dried, the crew conducts a comprehensive inspection of all caulking, including window and door frames, applying fresh caulking wherever necessary.
