TLCR started this cabin by removing and replacing 11 feet of log rot. It is important to remove lot rot so it does not continue to rot out healthy logs around it. TLCR then removed the old stain using a stripping agent and a pressure washer. We use the pressure washer to avoid damaging the logs the best we can. It also allows us to see where water is coming in and shows us the areas that need to be caulked. This is helpful because it protects the wood from rotting and allowing leaks into the home. We then sanded the logs and applied two coats of TWP stain. Lastly, we finish touch ups and clean the area.
The customer had this to say about their experience with TLCR, "They kept the area clean and neat. They cleaned up every evening and were careful of all of our belongings."
