Log Cabin Repair in Morganton Burke County NC

The Total Log Cabin Restoration team recently traveled to Morganton NC, Burke County to replace some damaged logs for Christopher C. Mike, our master carpenter set out to replace around 30 feet of logs that had rotted to varying degrees. Mike completely replaced several logs, being careful to fit each log tightly into place. There were some logs that had sections of rot, and after removing the rotted sections, Mike custom fit several pieces of wood into the gaps, making sure each replaced log matched the surrounding logs. Now, Mr. Christopher’s cabin is once again protected and looks as good as new!
