Total Log Cabin Restoration recently visited Jane H. in Roaring Gap, NC, Allegheny County to do some carpentry work. There was quite a bit of log rot on the otherwise beautiful cabin. Mike had to remove almost 60 feet of logs before he began the process of replacing each rotten log with a custom fitted log. After replacing all of those logs, Mike also replaced around 50 feet of log siding that had also rotted out. Each task required precision and skill, with only a craftsman like Mike. The end result is a restored cabin that is sturdy and beautiful.
