We recently traveled just down the road to the Hyer’s lovely farm to restore their log cabin to its former glory. Steve and Dawn’s cabin needed a thorough strip, as the previous product had failed and there was black mold sitting on top of the logs. We took time to strip all of the old product away, exposing the sturdy logs underneath before carefully sanding them down to their original state. The Hyer’s were amazed that their logs could look so new again! After applying caulking to the needed areas, we set about applying two full coats of our TWP California Cedar, bringing this cabin back to life. We finished with a full stain of their wrap-around deck, completing the project and leaving the Hyer’s very happy with their cabin.
